Data entry in to excel

I am looking for someone who can input data in to a sheet it is about 3 hours work for someone who is quick and proficient in excel. I have full instructions on how to do this with screen shots to make it easy to understand. I have part started the sheet and looking for someone to complete it.

The sheet I am wanting completed is L20. The sheet is already set up and it is is quite quick to do. This task is easier if you have a wide screen so you can split your windows.
