Data Entry

I'm looking for a UK-based data entry assistant to help add parts lists from K'NEX instruction manuals to my website.

There are approximately 2,939 manuals to work through. Not every manual contains a parts inventory, so your first task is simply to check whether one exists.

If a manual includes a parts list, you'll enter the parts into the website. If it doesn't, skip it and move on to the next manual.

Responsibilities

For each manual:
- Open the supplied PDF.
- Check for a parts inventory or parts index.
- If a parts list exists, enter all part names, part numbers (where available), and quantities into the website.
- If no parts list exists, skip the manual.
- Mark the manual as completed.

Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate data entry.
- Comfortable working with PDFs and web-based systems.
- Able to follow a consistent process.
- Good written English.

Project Size
- Approximately 2,939 manuals.
- Not every manual contains a parts list.
- Long-term project with the potential for additional work.
- Full training and examples will be provided.
