Data Entry

The job requires someone with good data entry skills and a keen eye for detail and a good grasp of the english language.

Ideally you would be local to Hampshire or the surrounding areas as the order packs would need to handed to you.. Paperwork is to value to risk losing in the post or with a courier.

In a nutshell the job is as follows:-

Transfer customer address data from printed monthly work sheets into a formatted excel spreadsheet.

Fill in missing address details were needed i.e. County, City a knowledge of London would be handy but anyone who can use google maps is just as good.

There is approximately 24 months worth of order packs each containing an average of 30 orders.

We estimate that each pack should take no more 1hr to transfer onto the excel spreadsheet.
