Data Entry 200 ecommerce product information into Google sheets

Formatting to remain unchanged (paste special shortcuts can be used to achieve this).

Some sensible interpretation required in terms of which categories products can be attributed to. Multiple categories can be entered (comma separated in the spreadsheet).
