Data collection and formatting

The task is to collect the names and email addresses of people listed in the table on the following web site:

http://www.astro.uni-bonn.de/~webaiub/english/institute_members.php

The first column in the table gives a person's name and their title (these are scientists). The second column gives the first part of the person's email address; the rest of the email is always \"@astro.uni-bonn.de\". For example, \"malbrecht\" means that the email address is \"malbrecht@astro.uni-bonn.de\"

I need you to enter these names and their corresponding email addresses in two columns of an Excel spreadsheet. I need the names in the format title, first name, last name. If the person has the title \"Dr\" or \"Prof. Dr.\", then that title should be included. Otherwise, just enter the person's name without a title. For example, the first three rows of the spreadsheet would be as follows:
