Create word template with editable fields

Hello,

I have a word document that I would like to change into an editable template. The template will be used as a report and has sample answers that can be deleted by the user as applicable. We want to ensure that text boxes do not go over set pages and that photographs can be added at the end and referenced to particular text boxes. I would be grateful if you could let me know if this is within your expertise and if so, I will be able to send an example in a few days.
