Create Personal Ops Report

I am looking to track a number of different metrics in my life. This ranges from my weight, debt, credit rating, fastest 10k speed, savings, property value etc etc. My thouhgt is to create what is essentially a life tracker for me. This will allow me to update the excel once a week or month and track progress across multiple areas of my life. The data should relate to a chart / graph that gives a visual representation of progress.
