Create Drop-Down List to Change based on Selection in a Different List in MS Excel

Description of excel work: Please see my excel document attached.
I want to be able to input a product into the 'Product' field in the 'Order Entry' tab, and then based on what product i choose, it will give me a different set of drop-down lists in the columns 'Option A' - 'Option D' etc, based on the lists in the 'Lists and workings' tab.
Then i want it to do a vlookup for each option, so it brings back the number of hours next to each list option into the table 'Workings' at the top of the 'Lists and workings' tab. You can see that i have already done this for 'Railway Carriage' product, so it needs finishing for all the other products.
Then the total number of hours will add up in the 'Total hours' field in the 'Order entry' tab.
