Create a word document extracting information from various files

I need quickly to create a programme of events / programme notes as a word document. An example of what the finished programme will look like approximately is the attached pdf. The information is contained in folders and documents on google drive. It's a routine admin task but needs a little care.

a) I will supply you with a shortlist of about 50 plays in programme and date order as an excel file.
b) for each play you will need to extract (copy / paste) the relevant information from one of the files / folders in the google doc. This includes their synopsis of the play which may either be a separate document or found on hte "application form". (Don't worry if the synopsis goes on and on - I will edit)

The rough format for each is

Time* - Title in original and English
Producer, Country, Language, Approximate time in round minutes

Synopsis / Description

Don't worry about *Time I will do that separately. Don't worry about anything else on the programme I will do that too.
