Create a price quotation with pictures

i need to create a very professional looking price quotation to present to my customer

1) the price quote will have all the information which is there on my excel file, like item description, features, pictures and price.
2) add a column to input the MOQ
3) use an existing quotation of fine to capture the letterhead of my company

i need this within 24hrs of acceptance
every thing needs to look very professional and consisting of one single style and font
