Create a list of sewing studios for making samples and CMT (no min order) in Europe

Hello,

I'm looking for Sewing Studios in Europe. I need a list of all Sewing Studios that can produce samples (along with specs and patterns) of women's clothing, followed by CMT with no minimum order.

All studios must be in Europe.
All studios must have contact details - location/contact number/email address.

Please split the list into following categories:
