Create a google Calanender for our business

Hi I have an agency and I have staff that need to access the work calendar however i need to limit access for some and give others more access.

so for example I being the CEO will have the calendar showing everything but i only want a model to see her schedule and aybe 1 or 2 group schedules. is this possible with google calendar if not another programe would be fine.
you will need to set it up using my google and set everyone's individual logins and instructions
