Do you want the copied file, the word file, to be editable? Or just want this pdf as a word file, even if in-editable?

Hi David, as this is an image rather than text it will need retyping to Word unless you want just images in the Word document. Do you have a clearer PDF than the one uploaded? What is your deadline?
