Copy 2 documents, make changes, send us back both docs as editable word docs & pdfs

We need two documents copied onto our new letterhead.
Footer on the Lettings Terms of business document must be entered on both documents but on the sales terms of business only include from the signed part onwards, do not include the paragraph above which starts with ''I have read the terms and conditions''. Please enter our new address to replace old existing one. The address that is on the footer currently reads 39 Upper Wickham Lane, this needs to be replaced with 116 High Street, Welling, DA16 1TJ.
Both documents must be sent back to us both as editable word documents as well as both as pdfs so we should be getting 4 documents back in total.
I have attached the 2 documents which need to be entered onto the new letterhead also attached.
