Convert my PDF documents into Adobe Sign Documents

I provide government funded training to employers.

I need my contract documents that are utilised to draw down the funding converting into Adobe Sign documents.

Some parts are to be completed and signed by the following:

- The employee completing the training
- The HR Manager confirming the employers job role within the company
- The training provider (My company)

I can send over copies of documents and can highlight the areas that need to be completed by each person in different colours to make it clear.

Please advise a price. Ideally I would need this ready by the end of the week.
