Convert data from excell into word as a bar graph - quick job

I need a spreadsheet convert to a bar graph in microsoft word. I need it in the next 2 - 3 hours ie 5pm GMT time otherwise it is to late. If you know what you are doing it should take between 1/2 - 1h to an hour. Expert or middle experienced people only. Could lead to further admin work as I need help. Please send me your CV plus an example of word document with a bar chart with the following, so I can see that you can do it before commissioning the work: contents of spaghetti (on the Y axis) with tomatoes, onion, peppers. ON the x - axis please label (amount) and the following 3g, 5g, 10g with regard to the amounts of tomatoes, onion, peppers. The work I have is approx 150 data points already on an excel spreadsheet - I cant do the above, so need hlep
