Convert 250 URLs to PDFs

Produce single-page PDFs from URLs provided, and upload to Dropbox, naming PDFs using reference numbers provided.

Usually this is a very quick job - there are many tools available.

PDFs do need quality checking, though, and more difficult ones will need more manual treatment, eg print to PDF.

Aim, though, is - quickly and economically - to produce 90% of output to acceptable quality, rather than to spend lots of time on the 10% of difficult cases to achieve perfection.

First batch is trial for several possible subsequent batches.
