Convert 20 .iwa files to .docx

Experience Level: Entry
I have 20 .iwa files I need to convert to .docx but I onyl have a PC.
I received the files in a .pages format and converted them to .zip so can now see the folders and files but I can't open the .iwa files.
I've had a look at some forums but as far as i can tell, the only way to covert them is export them using a Mac computer?
If someone can help me do it myself that would be amazing, or if not, do it for me?
This is really urgent.

    Hi, I actually needed it by this morning and someone has been kindly helping me.
    I have found a lot of information on how to change .pages files to .zip files but not .iwa to .docx ?
