Conversion of a mind-map from pdf to editable word/excel document

I have 6 documents, each of around 450 words, in pdf format. Each is one page long. They are all mind maps. I need them to be converted to EDITABLE word or excel format, so that I can subsequently translate the text (please note that I am not looking for a translator at this stage).

I have attached one of the six files so that you can see what would be expected of you. The format is the same for all six.

The format of the editable text must be the same as the pdf document.
