Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Analyse and monitor service issues to identify patterns and trends that facilitate process improvements
Ensure a consistently high standard of service is maintained at all times
Track and document support questions and resolutions for internal records
Serve as a subject matter expert on internal policies, procedures, products, and services
Develop training materials on products and services for internal teams
