Contact databases in excel, Dotmailer, Ordering System & CRM

I have four key projects that require attention on an ongoing basis:

Project One
1. Export customer contacts from exommerce site.
2. Extract & delete spam accounts.
3. Create separate database for trade and retail customers.
4. Research and complete any blank fields.
5. Check accuracy.
Estimate number of existing contacts 1200.

The following excel document need to be updated on weekly basis.

- update contacts to email marketing database. We use Dotmailer.

Project Two
Research and update prospective database. This would be for professional customers that are salon of clinic owners.

- find contacts personal LinkIn
- social media
- sales enquiries made by email or via website

1. Extract data and check for actuary.
2. Research and add missing fields such as website, email.
3. Organise by region.

Project Three
Manage database of contacts collected at trade exhibitions and events.

1. Extract data and check for actuary.
2. Research and add missing fields such as website, email.
3. Organise by region.

Project Four
Day to day
- update list of attendees for training events
1. Extract data and check for actuary.
2. Research and add missing fields such as website, email.
3. Organise by region.

Hours/Week
Minimum x7 hours per week
Maximum x35 hours per week

Approx number of hours for projects outlined
x28 hours per week

In four weeks time we will attend two trade exhibitions as well so it's likely the number of hours needed will be increased.
