Construction Project Cost spreadsheet

Hi I want a spreadsheet built bespoke to my small construction company to monitor the cost of each project against the income. I needs to be able to be updated weekly through the projects duration, and be able to add additional works to the budget when extras are requested.
I want it to be able to give me a overview of all the projects at a glance, showing there profitability and whether they are on target time wise. A average project is 30 weeks.
I have a list of the fields I want to monitor in regards to cost v actual cost and below are a couple of screen shots i like the look of. I want to be able to easily identify the material or labour cost of the project at any point. I want it to look nice too with my company logo etc.
