Requirement:
1) Great knowledge and insight into the construction industry and various trades i.e. Drywall, Metal Framing, Acoustical ceiling, Painting, Rough Carpentry, Concrete, Wood Framing, interior demo
2) Construction Estimator who can provide a good Itemized breakdown on material cost, labor cost and profit.
Project is the Construction of a New 13,926 SF Building. The Trades listed below is what our team will be performing in this Scope:

(Finishes : Painting & Coatings)
(Wood & Plastics : Finish Carpentry/Rough Carpentry)
FINISH CARPENTRY
Install Toilet Accessories, provided by Others, in the Men’s Restroom #104, Women’s Restroom #105, Men’s Restroom #214, Women’s Restroom #215, Family Restroom #216 and Private Restroom #211 on Sheet #A1.0.
Install Fire Extinguishers provided by Others. See General Keynotes #11 on Sheet #A1.0.
Install all doors/frames/hardware, provided by Others, as per Door Schedule (100’s) and Door Schedule (200’s) on Sheet #A1.1.
Install solid surface window sills, provided by Others, typical at all window locations. See Section Keynotes #45 on Sheet #A3.0.
ROUGH CARPENTRY
All wood blocking and plywood to be fire retardant treated.
Provide and install 2x F.R.T. wood blocking, chamfer to remove hard edges. See Section Keynotes #4 on Sheet #A3.0. See Typical Coping Detail 10 and Typical Gutter Detail 11 on Sheet A3.0. See Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 on Sheet #A3.0. See Section 6056 on Sheet #A1.4.
Provide and install 3/4” F.R.T. plywood, chamfer edge typical. See Section Keynotes #13 on Sheet #A3.0.
Provide and install 5/8” F.R.T. plywood. See Section Keynotes #14 on Sheet #A3.0. See Typical Sloped Side Wall Section 1, Typical Front Section 7, Typical Front Section 8 and Typical Coping Detail 10 on Sheet #A3.0.
Provide and install 2x P.T. continuous shim anchored to masonry at base for attachment of gypsum board. See Section Keynotes #38 on Sheet #A3.0. See Sections 1, 2 and 3 on Sheet #S1.0. See Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 on Sheet #A3.0.
Provide and install F.R.T. 2x blocking at all signage locations for proper attachments. See Section Keynotes #44 on Sheet #A3.0. See Elevations on Sheet #A2.0 for signage locations of signs. Also, see Sections 1 and 7 on Sheet #A3.0.
