Conduct Group Interviews for Job Applicants.

We are looking for an experienced interviewer or HR professional to conduct group interview sessions on behalf of our organization.

Project Details:
* Format: Virtual group interview via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform.
* Number of Participants: 6–10 applicants per session.
* Duration: Approximately 60 minutes per session.
* Interview Style: Semi-structured — you will follow a provided list of questions and assessment points, while also engaging applicants for deeper insights.

Materials Provided:
*Interview question script and evaluation form
*Background information on each applicant
* Job role details and required skills

Deliverables:
1. Completed evaluation forms for each participant
2. Summary of group dynamics and recommendations for shortlisted candidates

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in conducting professional interviews (group interview experience preferred)
2. Strong communication and moderation skills
3. Ability to remain impartial and objective
4. Reliable internet connection and professional video conferencing setup

Additional Information:
Interviews will focus on soft skills, cultural fit, and scenario-based questions. Some touchy or sensitive topics may be included to test bias awareness and professionalism.
