Compress pdf file

I need to compress 5 passports and 2 other files to a smaller size. The size of 1 file must not exceed 2MB.
As these are very confidential documents, they will be sent directly to the selected person.
The selected freelancer will need to have proven experience compressing scanned documents while maintaining clarity. The files must be optimized below the 2MB threshold without any data loss or blurring of text and images. Once completed, I will require the freelancer to securely delete the original large files from their workstation to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
