Completing application forms for public sector jobs

I'm struggling to find time to complete application forms on top of full-time work.
I need someone to whom I can send application forms to, who can fill in my details and get it back to me within 48 hours. It's mostly just cut-and-paste, but then requires getting the fonts to match. The personal statement section can be left blank; I'll write that myself. Just looking to make it less painful.

Typically, need:
-contact details
-work history (apx 15 jobs)
-reference details
-education history
-Additional training

Plus other bits and pieces.

I anticipate I'll need around 6 per week for the next couple of months.
