Collate mail shot/eshot list

I offer professional head shots and I want to contact just about anyone in business in Kent that might want one. I am thinking self employed hairdressers, beauticians, personal trainers, fitness instructors etc. etc. Anyone that has a linked in profile or might want something for their about us page on their website.
