Client hunter Growth manager

I'm looking for our new team member for my growth team.
The project is to attract clients by reach out to startups and to startup incubators/accelerator organizations offering the services we provide.
Your task will be to find 1000 relevant startups, send out a first “standardized” email to them one by one, implement and use a "gmail drip email campaign" (if you don't know what it is google it) feature and followup if no reply has been received in 2 workdays.
When that is done your task is to do everything needed to have them reply with interest in the business coaching program we offer or to ask more questions.
To find the relevant startups you need to find startups that are not older than 24 months that are based in any of the following countries
UK
Ireland
Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Belgium
Poland
Austria
Germany
Luxembourg
Netherlands
as these are the countries of Europe where they don't have a problem speaking in English.
You will be given the basic instructions to get started but you are expected to be a team player and be creative at find ways that we can improve these basic steps to build an efficient sales funnel for our offering.
