Clicks on my website

With this job you must go onto my website and click on sponsored links - I need 4000 clicks. Once you have clicked the link go onto the website and be on it for 10 seconds. I will need 8000 page views to five it a 50% ctr
The start date will be you are accepted for this job and you have 5 days to complete it.
I need: 4000 clicks, 8000+ page views and to be done quickly. Get your friends to click as well because it should really come from more than one computer/IP address.
