Business Support Assistant

Title: Business Support Assistant

Length: 1 month+

Hours: 3-4 hours/day (up to 5 days/week)

Rate: £7-£10/hour

Based: Primarily home, but should be able to meet on weekends, for brief updates (30-60 minutes, the day/time is flexible). Ideally you'll be based in either Greater London, East Anglia, or the East Midlands.

Description:

We are looking for someone to assist us at a very exciting stage in our development as a new business. After working on our products for a significant amount of time we are drawing closer to the point when we can bring them to market (which we anticipate to be within the next two-three months).

The key things you'll be assisting us with are:

- Refinement of our website to ensure that it is up-to-date and consumer friendly
- Organising content for our newsletters, and helping us to publish them at regular intervals
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, and subsequently placing orders, for products we'll be using at business pitches
- Expansion of our social media footprint (e.g. Facebook & Twitter)
- Re-invigorating and expanding our consumer focus group
- Helping us to launch, and run, competitions (online and in the real world) in order raise awareness of our brand
- General feedback on marketing/promotional material in the run-up to our product launch
- Organising meetings to help support our product launch
