General information for the business: We repair and service automobiles at a Chrysler Dealership

Description of excel work: Create a customer tracking log for vehicles that have been dropped off for repairs. Tracking log will be combined with a technician dispatch log that tracks the work flow by technician. The technician dispatch log will need to generate reports daily, weekly, and monthly that will document performance of key metrics. I have a very basic tracking log spread sheet and a separate dispatch log spreadsheet that we currently use for just basic tracking with no reporting. Having someone combine the two tracking sheets onto one page with reporting capabilities and some enhancements is the Job I need done.
Design and target audience: Internal document for dispatcher dailey use and tecnician weekly & montly reporting.
