Automated Wire Cutting Machine

I have an ongoing project where I need to cut large quantities of 1/8” Stainless Steel wire at lengths of 120”. I have been doing it manually thus far. I’m looking to have an automated machine made that would pull the wire from a spool, measure and cut the wire to a specific length with a display indicating the adjustable length and quantity. It would be ideal if it didn’t need to be hooked to a computer for commands, but either way would work for me depending on price, ease of use, etc.

Here is a very crude example of the type of machine I’m looking for except I would need it to cut 1/8" diameter Stainless Steel cable rather than small electrical wire.

I have the ability to fabricate some of the hardware if necessary, but I have no knowledge of the electronics involved.
