Audio typing up a transcript from a video

I need the words from this video typing up into word document so that I can use them as a basis for an article.
Can you let me know how long it would take you to do this, and how much it would cost please.
Some of the video has 'technical' science jargon - and so it will be helpful if English is your first language - let me know.
