I am looking for assistance with contacting a Japanese boat manufacturer to obtain a Boat Construction Certificate (also known as a “birth certificate” for boats).

Here’s what I need help with:
• I will provide you with the boat’s unique identification number.
• You will call the manufacturer in Japan and inquire about four additional pieces of information regarding the boat.
• After the call, you will request an official confirmation of the information either via email or as a formal document from the manufacturer.
• The email or document should be sent from the manufacturer’s official account to my account.

I would prefer someone who is fluent in Japanese and comfortable with making business inquiries over the phone.
