An excel macro that will work with bank data

Description of excel work: Using the data downloaded from the bank, I want a macro that will:
* assign references to payments received (based on one or two regular narratives that are used)
* create an import file for banking software (comma delimited)
* create another excel spreadsheet that will be imported into another system.

Copies / formats will be provided. This macro needs to be used on a daily basis so needs to be resilient and also one where I can add new lines to the master data that is held (e.g. when a new client pays for the first time).
