Amendments to word document, 95 pages inc. headers/footers, contents hyperlinks etc

I have a 95 page word document, this is an insurance policy document.
The list of amendments are as follows:
-Remove some text from footer
-Format text on contents pages, and adding a block of colour to the right hand side of each section header that will correspond to a block of colour in the main document for quick 'flick through' reference.
-add in hyperlinks to the contents section headings that direct to the relevant copy within the document
-each section header within the document is currently within the header, this only needs to appear once before each section not on everypage.

I can send the document for you (privately) to review before agreeing to go ahead, I am open to a cost suggestion for this work. Deadline for completion is Monday 19th January
