Aggregate content for an anniversary publication

Our nob-profit will celebrate its 10th anniversary and we need all of our events and activities from the last 10 years collected and put into a word document. The Informaiton would come from our website, newsletters, and our events page.
We need the text AND The pictures of the people who have spoken to us, logos and other things to help the designer put our book together.
For each event we need picture, title, organization of each speaker.
For our activities during themed months we need the speakers, what we did
September - National Preparedness month
October - Cyber Security Awareness month
November - Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience

Also need a description of our STEM program
A description of our annual WHS BBQ from on our website
Our board members
Our chapter

For the most part this is a cut and paste job that needs to be organized and put into a word document.
