The owners wish to work with someone experienced in this field to design a suitable venue for events. They wish to produce a revenue stream to meet the cost of ongoing maintenance and repairs on the building. The successful bidder will have the opportunity to promote a dedicated venue for their clients with a profit share arrangement split between the property owners and the freelance events organiser.
