Adminstrative - Retailer price policing (MAP) though internet

We need person to research online Amazon and eBay retailers and identify those selling our products below our minimum advertised price. Once retailer is identified, this person will send standard pricing policy email letter to retailer requesting correction of price listed. We only have a few products and currently an in-house person spends 5-15 minutes per day on this task. Our goal is to outsource and keep cost at $50 to $75 per month.
