IFA firm based in the City, London EC1 require candidate to work from our office on a flexible basis. Specific roles:
- Open, scan and distribute the post
- Look after the printer, making sure consumables are available at all times
- Look after the office stationery and restock where necessary
- Scan and collate the monthly invoices, receipts and bank statements for book keeping purposes
- Provide support to the rest of the back office team where required
- Adhoc tasks for the directors as required.
- Meeting and greeting clients that visit the office
