Administrative / PA Support USA

I am looking for a PA/ Executive Assistant based in the USA, preferably Texas or Los Angeles. I am based in London in, UK. The Executive Assistant will coordinate PR activity under the guidance of a PR firm. I will also need this person to physically visit a manufacturer in Texas to verify the suitability of the facilities. That is why this is not virtual. You need to be contactable physically for example, to receive samples and to ship the samples via UPS to media outlets.
