Administration Support on 1500 Valuations

I am after some administration support to be completed on some outstanding number plate valuations in the UK.
Our system has a very easy user interface which will email the customer with their valuation once input. However, some research needs to be completed using our website search facility prior to sending.
Using our search facility we would look for similar registrations and using the price shown would then input this into the form to send the person.
If the person then authorises us to advertise the registration, then we receive an email with basic details on it - I am then after the details of this email to be put into a google spreadsheet, just showing the registration number, price wanted, email address and telephone number.
The job is to complete 1500 valuations (there are some in there which are duplicated)
