Administration support German language

Hi all,
I am working full time now, so I have no time to deal with private matters concerning mainly past employment - real estate and construction activities that I'm am trying to minimise since I started a new job and was not successful at it.

Tasks will consist of mainly communication (via email and telephone perhaps post) concerning the sale of a PROPERTY and some construction measures in eastern Germany.

For example, I would need you to publish an ad for its sale and speak to potential interessante.

Another example, I would need you search the Internet for a firm that builds balconies on existing buildings.

I will naturally provide you with all the details you need, but you should be independant and be in contact with the people until it reaches the stage my involvement is required.

Communication with me is via WhatsApp, phone and email (in this order :))

Hourly based, long term employment from home, preferred location Berlin.

Very good proficiency of the German accent (preferably without accent - I have one and it impedes business in Germany in my experience unfortunately..)

Advantage to knowledge of real estate, contracts, law, construction and other languages (eastern europe)
