Admin and business support

I am a freelance psychologist based in Berkhamsted who is looking for some regular help once or twice a week in the following areas:

- Creating and maintaining databases
- Tracking payments and generating invoices
- Filing, scanning and some photocopying
- Putting together new written resources for my clients, under guidance
- Generating ideas for running the business systems more efficiently

If the person also has experience in website development, I would be keen for this as I would like a website created. Alternatively this could be a one off piece of work for an IT professional.

It is difficult to be sure how much time I will need until the role is started. However, it is likely that 3-5 days will be needed to initially organise the database system, followed by a regular 4-6 hours per week approximately.
