Adjustment of data graphs

I need current bar graphs of patient flow data adjusted to show percentage. Each flow process is categorized and the corresponding time for each flow point is displayed into bar graphs.
However I have a few adjustments I would like to make such as displaying corresponding percentage for each time interval.
Please see attached document for example. Once job is accepted I will share excel spreadsheet.
