Adapt Organisation Policies from Templates

We are seeking a freelancer with some HR experience.
We are a Community Interest Company that supports social justice through providing affordable workspace, supporting artists and building partnerships.
We have completed training around developing and updating our policies and have been given templates to adapt to our organisation.

We need someone to adapt 8 policies. You would just need:
- to read through each policy adapt /delete irrelevant areas.
- Add our Logo and organisation name
- Add front cover if needed
- Add appropriate responsible staff names where appropriate
- For safeguarding policy add a local authority contact.
- If you have better templates/formats, happy to use that

List of policies:
- [ ] Bullying & Harassment
- [ ] Manage allegations concerns (this could be part of Complaint’s Policy)
- [ ] Whistleblowing
- [ ] safeguarding- adult at risk or child protection
- [ ] Online Risks/ Operating online,
- [ ] Complaints process
- [ ] Organisational Code or Conduct
- [ ] Recruitment policy (safety)
- Financial Management

This should be a 1 day task. with Wednesday turnaround.
