Manage one UK client’s outstanding account as part of our Accounts Receivable team. Professionally contact the client via WhatsApp and email, notify her of the balance, and negotiate a firm, courteous payment arrangement. Aim to secure a written agreement including a $250 CAD downpayment. Handle all follow-ups and correspondence independently unless escalation is genuinely required. Provided: client contact, outstanding balance, and relevant account details. Maintain professionalism and preserve the existing client-friendship tone.
