General information for the business: We are an internet Marketing business
Industry: Internet/Software
Description of excel work: I have a couple of tasks that need working on so you will need to be excellent not only at excel (I am talking really fancy I guess more advanced than formuala's) and also have a good eye for numbers as attention to detail in these tasks are needed.
1. We have two sales guys currently and they use a very basic sheet to track their sales- this works OK but It doesn't record much data and certainly doesn't account for notes and refund requests- we are currently getting infusionsoft set up for another part of the business but it will not be ready to roll out as a CRM to these guys for quite some time. So we need something for that hopefully that works in Google Drive.
2. Another google drive sheet/document will be for bookkeeping - we do use Xero but these are just for the UK business. I need a sheet that takes into account the entire of our figures it is a huge task (we basically monitor income and expenses daily but we need a way to analyse this better).
There might be more work to follow if these are done quickly and to a good standard. I need things completing super fast as we need things in place this week.
Fixed price for both tasks.
