6 hours of basic admin work

Basically I want to record a video stream using a screen capture software.

I use the Applian Recording software suite to both record the screen and edit the recorded stream.

I have found in the past that the stream for whatever reason is not stable and sometimes it freezes which is why it requires regular monitoring over the period. - 3 hours every Friday and 3 hours every Saturday between 7-30 and 10-30 GMT

Effectively if this "freezing" issue can be sorted then it would just be a simple case of logging in before the stream begins, starting the screen recording and then when stream finishes editing the recording into individual files.
