20 page document to be re-worded and used as website text

We require a candidate to re-word/re-phrase a 19 page document for HR website content.

The headings will be provided alongside the text to be re-worded. Preferred if the content could be SEO friendly to increase traffic to website.

The content must be changed so as not to plagiarise other information sources. We require alterations of around 40% to the original content. Information sources will be cited in another section as references.
